COACHING FOR ACTION and CHANGE
In rapidly changing, work environments, the leader’s role increasingly needs to become far more collaborative in approach, to access broader expertise, insight and influence.
Coaching for action is offered as a 3 day course, tailored to your requirements and delivered, both face to face and virtually.
Broadly, the aim is for participants to be introduced to key essential coaching and mentoring skills, which may be immediately applied in the workplace, with teams and wider groups.
each course will be individually customised, in line with client requirements. Follow-up progress reviews feature as part of this offer, to provide additional support for ‘field practice’.
All our coaching courses are supported and certified by the Wise Goose School of Coaching.

This group leadership development programme is founded on the principles of
action research
and may be run for up to eight participants every 4-6 weeks, over a 6 month period.
Face to face and virtual learning options are available.
When applied in organisational settings,
action research
supports individual and team development. Leaders work together in small groups, in order to address critical organisational issues.
Action Research is a participative, reflective approach to learning with people, on those issues that really matter to them, to seek practical action and change. Each individual leader is therefore supported to develop their unique leadership practice within their professional settings.
